In the waning hours of Thanksgiving Eve 2015, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in the Central City neighborhood of New Orleans, leaving a man fatally wounded. The victim was identified as Joe Dorsey, a 46-year-old male. The incident unfolded outside a corner store, a familiar landmark in the area, where Dorsey was shot multiple times.
