Jason Roy, a 20-year-old resident of Hemet, California, tragically lost his life in the early hours of October 27, 2022. The incident occurred at his apartment located at 201 S. Columbia St., near Florida Avenue. According to court documents, Roy was involved in a dispute over unpaid drug debts with Roman Ralph Mendez, a 22-year-old narcotics dealer from Castro Valley.
