Arthur Jess Medina, a 34-year-old resident of Bakersfield, California, tragically lost his life on January 18, 2022. The incident occurred early in the morning when sheriff's deputies were called to the area of Steele Street and Mount Vernon Avenue around 5:45 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Medina with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite their efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The Kern County Coroner's Office later confirmed his identity and the cause of death as multiple gunshot wounds.
