Joseph Walls Jr., a 29-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2021. The incident occurred during a shooting at the Pleasant Village Apartments in Fresno. According to reports, the shooting took place early in the morning, and Walls was one of the two men who were pronounced dead at the scene.
