David Martin Jackson, aged 58, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2017, in Fresno, California. His death was part of a horrific shooting spree that shook the community. On that fateful day, Kori Muhammad, the perpetrator, targeted and killed Jackson along with two other men, Mark Gassett and Zackary Randalls, in what was later identified as a racially motivated hate crime. Jackson was waiting for a bus when Muhammad chased him down and shot him twice, leading to his untimely death.
