Juan Carlos Juarez, a 27-year-old resident of Rialto, California, tragically lost his life on October 7, 2021. The incident occurred late at night when police responded to a call reporting gunfire in the 100 block of West Cascade Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Juarez suffering from gunshot wounds.
