Garrett Richard Newell, a 35-year-old resident of Palmdale, California, tragically lost his life on September 19, 2021. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Garrett was fatally shot near 38431 5th St. E in Palmdale. The incident occurred around 8:50 p.m. in the parking lot of an apartment complex where Garrett resided.
