In the early afternoon of March 17, 2026, the body of a young Hispanic man, 23-year-old Roberto Visar, was discovered in an alley in Palmdale, California. Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies responded to a call at approximately 12:12 p.m. and found Visar with gunshot wounds in the 1000 block of East Palmdale Boulevard, near the Palmdale International Shopping Mall. Tragically, he was pronounced dead at the scene by Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel.
