18 year old murdered in broad daylight On a partly sunny Thursday afternoon, February 21, 2013, in the Irish Channel neighborhood of New Orleans, 18-year-old Nolan 'Nemo' Gemo Alofipo was visiting friends. An African-American male, Nolan and his family had recently moved downtown but had previously lived in this area.
