Jose Luis Rivera, a 53-year-old street vendor from Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on November 20, 2020. Rivera was shot and killed while operating his tricycle food cart at the intersection of Farris and Olive Avenues in the Tower District of Fresno. The incident occurred around noon when a vehicle approached Rivera, and someone inside the vehicle opened fire, fatally wounding him.
