Francisco Franquez, a 50-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on October 24, 2020, following a long-standing feud with his neighbor, Rodrigo Quezada. The incident occurred at the Trails End Mobile Home Park in northeast Fresno, where both men resided.
