Jason Marlin Encinas, a 19-year-old Latino male, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2020, in Palmdale, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, Encinas was shot near 1230 Springline Drive. The incident occurred in the afternoon, around 2:52 p.m., when deputies from the Palmdale Station responded to a call regarding a traffic collision.
