Juan Galvan, a 27-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on May 15, 2020. The circumstances surrounding his death were both shocking and devastating to his family and the local community. On that fateful day, Galvan was involved in a severe vehicular incident. While under the influence of methamphetamine and marijuana, he lost control of his vehicle, drove over a curb, struck a wall, and continued driving 50 feet down a sidewalk before hitting two pedestrians.
