Johnnie Ray Horne, a 38-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on March 9, 2016, in a shooting incident in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. The incident occurred around 7:20 p.m. on Manomet Street, where Horne was sitting with two friends outside a residence.
