Nicholas "Nicky" Bils, a 36-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on May 1, 2020, in a fatal shooting incident involving law enforcement. The incident occurred near the downtown San Diego jail, where Bils was being transported after allegedly threatening park rangers at Old Town State Park with a golf club.
