On the night of August 28, 2019, 16-year-old Damien Anthony Feliz was tragically shot and killed in the Chollas Creek area of San Diego, California. The incident occurred around 10:30 p.m. near Shiloh Road and Ogden Street. A witness discovered Damien lying in a north alley off Ogden Street and immediately called 911.
