Andre Mahan, a 31-year-old resident of San Diego, California, was tragically murdered on August 19, 2006. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 a.m., inside an apartment located in the 4600 block of Nogal Street. According to reports, a suspect described as a light-skinned Black male, approximately 17 to 18 years old, entered the apartment and shot Mahan.
