Rahman Newsome, a 21-year-old resident of Fresno, California, tragically lost his life on October 13, 2017, in a drive-by shooting. On that fateful evening, Newsome was playing video games at a friend's house in Central Fresno. As he left to catch a bus around 6:45 p.m., a vehicle approached him near the intersection of W.
