In the early morning hours in New Orleans, a grim discovery was made on North Tonti Street. Inside a parked car, police found the bodies of two men, both of whom had been fatally shot. One of the victims was identified as Thurnell Colbert, a 26-year-old male. The other man was 31-year-old Yousha Rhea.
