On a summer evening in New Orleans, the life of 31-year-old Black male Yousha Rhea was tragically cut short. On June 13, 2010, Rhea was found shot to death inside a car in the 1900 block of North Tonti Street. He was not alone; alongside him was another victim, 26-year-old Thurnel Colbert, who had also been fatally shot.
