In the late summer of 2026, the city of New Orleans was the scene of a violent crime that cut short the life of Brian Westbrook, a 29-year-old man. On the afternoon of August 26th, a distressing scene unfolded in the 5500 block of Crowder Boulevard in New Orleans East.
