James Celani, a 43-year-old active-duty U.S. Navy pilot, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2017, in San Diego, California. Celani was shot outside the Mad House Comedy Club at Horton Plaza in downtown San Diego. The incident occurred around 11:46 p.m. when Celani and his cousin were leaving the club.
