Andre Mims, a 26-year-old resident of San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2017, in a violent incident that shocked the local community. Mims was one of the victims in a triple shooting that occurred in the Skyline neighborhood of San Diego. The shooting took place around 4:30 p.m. on Armacost Road near Woodrow Avenue.
