Jesus Silva Hernandez, a 15-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on January 22, 2017, after being shot multiple times on January 20, 2017. The incident occurred around 12:50 PM on the 700 block of Mae Avenue. Hernandez was using a Wi-Fi signal from a nearby location and was on the phone when a man in dark clothing approached him and opened fire.
