Sulpicio Rios, a 19-year-old resident of Fairfield, California, tragically lost his life on December 10, 2016. The incident occurred in a parking lot located in the 800 block of East Travis Boulevard. On that fateful night, Rios was shot multiple times, with one of the bullets penetrating his heart, which proved to be the fatal wound. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after the shooting.
