On August 22, 1928, Low Chuck Way, a 61-year-old resident of Fairfield, California, tragically lost his life in what became one of the most notorious mass murders in the state's history. The incident occurred at the Bryan ranch near Rockville, a small community close to Fairfield. On that fateful day, Leung Ying, also known as Loy Yeung, went on a violent rampage, killing 11 people, including Low Chuck Way.
