Felipe Rocha Sandoval, a 17-year-old resident of Salinas, California, tragically lost his life on April 6, 2016. He was shot multiple times at an apartment complex located at 912 Acosta Plaza. The incident occurred shortly after 11 a.m., and Felipe was found near the front door and walkway area of a residence within the complex.
