In the early morning hours of December 3, 2017, the life of 22-year-old Raekwon Leach, a Black male, was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 2:30 a.m., violence erupted in the 3700 block of South Hanover Street, resulting in a triple shooting that left Leach dead and two other individuals wounded.
