On a Tuesday evening in Baltimore, the life of 26-year-old Joshua Richardson, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On November 28, 2017, on East Monument Street, Richardson was shot and killed. Emergency responders were called to the scene of the shooting, but despite their efforts, he succumbed to his injuries.
