Cecilia Lam, a 35-year-old resident of San Francisco, tragically lost her life on October 10, 2014. Her death was the result of a violent encounter with her ex-boyfriend, Cedric Young Jr. On the night of her death, Cecilia made multiple desperate calls to 911, pleading for help as her ex-boyfriend, who was intoxicated and belligerent, repeatedly threatened her.
