Steve Lopez, a 22-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on September 25, 2010, in the Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner's records, the incident occurred in the 1300 block of Los Palos Street.
