Andrew Tan Tai Moore, a 26-year-old student at San Diego City College, was tragically murdered in his apartment on 8th Avenue in San Diego on September 8, 2000. Moore, who was also working as a chef at a local restaurant, was last seen alive entertaining a group of visitors in his apartment.
