Fridoon Zalbeg Rawshan Nehad, a 42-year-old man from San Diego, California, died on April 30, 2015, after being fatally shot by a San Diego police officer. Nehad, who had a history of mental illness, was reportedly wielding a knife when Officer Neal Browder encountered him in an alley near an adult bookstore.
