Nghia Tan Pham, a 16-year-old from San Diego, California, tragically lost his life on February 13, 2000, in a car-to-car shooting on Interstate 15. Pham was driving southbound when he was struck in the head by one of several shots fired at his vehicle. The case remained unsolved for over a decade, becoming a cold case until significant developments led to the arrest of Phong Huynh in 2013.
