Jessie 'Sinner' Garcia, a 16-year-old resident of Colton, California, tragically lost his life on June 26, 1994. Jessie was a member of the North Side Colton (NSC) gang, and his death was the result of a drive-by shooting. He was shot in the head by members of the rival gang, Westside Verdugo, while walking down the street. This incident was part of ongoing gang violence in the area, which had seen numerous clashes between these two gangs.
