Burton Arthur Wragg, aged 53, tragically lost his life on January 29, 1979, in San Diego, California. Wragg was the principal of Grover Cleveland Elementary School, a position he held with dedication and a deep commitment to his students. On that fateful day, a 16-year-old girl named Brenda Ann Spencer opened fire on the school from her home across the street.
