On a summer afternoon in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of a young woman was tragically cut short. Jenna Marie Manuel, a 24-year-old Caucasian female, was found on July 16, 2016, at approximately 3:28 p.m. in the 600 block of Maude Avenue. She had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
