In the early hours of February 15, 2016, the life of 18-year-old Nolan Antwan Jr. Coley was tragically cut short on a street in Baltimore, Maryland. A Black male, Coley was a student at Frederick Douglass High School, a time in a young person's life that is typically filled with the excitement of an upcoming prom and the anticipation of graduation.
