On the evening of March 12, 2022, a burst of gunfire shattered the night in the Howard Park neighborhood of Baltimore, tragically cutting short the life of 25-year-old Jawan Hall. The incident, a quadruple shooting at the intersection of Liberty Heights Avenue and Gwynn Oak Avenue, also claimed the lives of two other young men, Timothy Brown Jr. and Darian Savoy, both in their mid-twenties.
