On a cold December day in 2015, the life of Troy Nathaniel Jr. Marshall, a 21-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. On December 4th, in the 2000 block of Kennedy Avenue, Marshall was found suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response of emergency services, his injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
