Clifton Cargill, a 51-year-old cyclist and leader of the Dutty Ridas cycling group, was tragically shot and killed on January 5, 2020, in North Miami Beach, Florida. The incident occurred early in the morning in the rear parking lot and alley area of Bell's Bicycles, located at 1951 NE 163rd Street.
