Dennis Wayne Hicks, a 38-year-old resident of Vero Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 16, 2017, in a road rage incident. The altercation occurred at the intersection of State Road 60 and 53rd Avenue. According to reports, Hicks was involved in a confrontation with Timothy Daniel Sartori, a 29-year-old skydiving instructor from Sebastian, Florida.
