In the early morning hours of June 8, 2015, the life of Andrew Powell, a 47-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short on the streets of Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 4:46 a.m., Powell was found at 4300 West Bay Avenue, having suffered from a fatal shooting.
Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, but Powell's injuries were too severe, and he was pronounced dead at the location. The cause of his death was determined to be a homicide by shooting.
