In the early hours of Sunday, September 25, 2016, the life of Lemell Stukes, a 26-year-old Black male, was tragically cut short in Baltimore, Maryland. At approximately 2:03 a.m., police were called to the 100 block of North Smallwood Street in response to a reported shooting.
