Ples D'Andre Robinson III, a 27-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 19, 2017, in Panama City Beach, Florida. The incident occurred in the parking lot of the Shoppes at Edgewater Plaza, where Robinson was fatally shot during an altercation. According to reports, Robinson was involved in a confrontation with several individuals, which escalated into gunfire.
