Larry Thomas Hill III, an 18-year-old from Panama City Beach, Florida, tragically lost his life on September 2, 2019. Hill, also known as Tre, was fatally shot at a Wendy’s restaurant located at 8720 Thomas Drive. The incident occurred behind the restaurant, where officers found Hill suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to a nearby medical facility, he succumbed to his injuries.
