On a spring afternoon in Baltimore, the life of Tiffany Chisholm, a 30-year-old Black/African American woman, was tragically cut short. On May 14, 2015, police were called to a home in the 1900 block of East 31st Street where they made a grim discovery. Inside, Chisholm and a man, later identified as Troy Gingles, were found, both having been fatally shot. The case was immediately classified as a double homicide.
