In the spring of 2015, a wave of violence surged through the streets of Baltimore, leaving a trail of grief and unanswered questions. Among the lives tragically cut short during this tumultuous period was that of Keith Watts, a 26-year-old Black man. On the evening of May 4, 2015, at approximately 10 p.m., the sound of gunfire echoed through the 1800 block of Druid Hill Avenue.
