In the early moments of July 29, 2024, the life of 34-year-old Carl Anthony was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Baltimore, Maryland. Northwest District patrol officers responded to a report of a shooting at approximately 12:12 a.m. in the 5200 block of Saint Charles Avenue. Upon their arrival, they discovered a male, later identified as Carl Anthony, suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
