In the late hours of a Thursday summer evening, tragedy struck in Baltimore. Bryant Paylor Jr., a 26-year-old Black male, was found shot in a parking lot on the 5300 block of Goodnow Road. The incident occurred around 11:10 p.m. on July 17, 2014.
